Recurring cleaning every two weeks, priced by bedrooms and bathrooms. Weekly and monthly also available. There's no estimate visit: text us your bedroom and bathroom count and we'll confirm the price the same day. If a home is unusually large or hasn't been cleaned in a long while we'll say so upfront, rather than adjusting the bill afterwards.
Condos, townhomes, and smaller single-story homes.
Roughly 1,500–2,200 sq ft. The most common size around here.
Larger or multi-story homes quoted on request.
Baseboards, inside the oven and fridge, and the detail work a first clean needs. Added to visit one only, never again.
Those are the every-two-weeks rates. Weekly is 10% less per visit — less builds up between visits. Monthly is 15% more, for the same reason in reverse.
Every visit covers the whole house. Here's what that means room by room, so there's no guessing.
Inside the oven, inside the fridge, baseboards, interior windows, laundry, changing bed linens, or a garage sweep. Tell us what you'd like and we'll price it. Inside the oven and fridge are already part of the first visit.
Pet waste and litter boxes, anything needing more than a step stool, exterior or upper-floor windows, and moving heavy furniture.
An independent cleaner who runs their own cleaning business and holds their own city business license. We meet everyone in person, pay them for a trial clean, and ask for references from their current clients before they're sent to a home.
Most clients aren't. A key, a lockbox, or a garage code all work. Plenty of people are there for the first visit and hand off a key once they've met their cleaner.
That's how we schedule it, and it's most of the point — someone who already knows your house does better work with less instruction. If your cleaner is ever unavailable, we'll tell you in advance and you can take a different cleaner or a different day.
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean that area at no charge.
No. It's month to month. Pause, reschedule, or cancel whenever, and there's no fee for any of it.
Your cleaner brings their own. If you'd rather they use particular products in your home, leave them out and mention it.
After each visit, by Zelle or Venmo. Nothing is charged before the work is done.
